Planned capability — not available

Monitoring

Planned, not built. Not offered, not priced, not sold.

NOT AVAILABLE. Monitoring is a planned capability that has not been built, and RuleboardAI does not sell it or accept payment for it. The problem it would address is real: a risk profile is a photograph, while the regulatory environment is a moving picture. Everything on this page describes what such a service would do — it is a roadmap, not an offer, and creates no commitment.

Not available

Monitoring is planned and is not currently available. It is not included in any current purchase, there is no price, and there is no way to subscribe. Everything below describes what such a service would do, not what we sell today.

  1. Not built

None of the steps below exist as an operating service today.

  2. Would collect monthly

Developments gathered across the federal regulators that apply to your categories.

  3. Would map to your baseline

Each update stating its source and what it affects in your verified profile.

Who this is for

  • Institutions that will eventually want a baseline kept current — tell us, and it shapes what we build
  • Nobody today: this capability is not available for purchase

When it lands on your desk

  • A baseline profile exists and is aging
  • Regulatory change tracking currently lives in inboxes and bookmarks

The work

What Monitoring does

  • WOULD monitor regulatory developments monthly across SEC, FDIC, CFPB, FinCEN, the Fed, OCC, DOJ and OFAC — not built
  • WOULD map each relevant update back to your baseline findings and affected workflows — not built
  • WOULD track deadlines, watch items, and required actions in a monthly update — not built

What you provide

  • Nothing — there is no engagement to provide anything for

How the work is done

  • This describes an intended design, not a service in operation.
  • It would run on a monthly cadence — reviewed and mapped by a person, never streamed or automated end to end.
  • Before it could be sold it needs scheduled source checks, change detection, materiality rules, alert handling, a client notification process, a tested operating procedure, and legal review. None of that exists yet.

Sources it would cover

  • SEC
  • FDIC
  • CFPB
  • FinCEN
  • Federal Reserve
  • OCC
  • DOJ
  • OFAC

Named standards and registers this product works from. Not a certification, attestation, or endorsement of any institution.

Deliverables

What you receive

  • None. This capability is not available and delivers nothing today.

Typical timing

Not available. No delivery commitment exists because the service does not exist.

The cadence it would run on

Planned — not available

  2. Would map to your baselineEach update stating its source and what it affects in your verified profile.
  3. Human reviewReviewed and mapped by a person, never streamed or automated end to end.
  4. Monthly updateDeadlines, watch items, and required actions, tracked in one monthly update.

The cycle would repeat monthly, returning to collection.

None of the steps above exist as an operating service today.

Discuss Monitoring

Monitoring is planned, not built — there is nothing to buy today. It maps to a baseline, so a conversation starts with where yours stands.

Questions

Monitoring FAQ

Can I buy this today?

No. Monitoring is not built and we do not sell it or take payment for it. We would rather say that plainly than take money for something we cannot yet deliver consistently. If it is what you need, tell us — it shapes what we build next.

Was this ever for sale?

It was previously listed for sale with a checkout link. That was wrong — the service had not been built — and we withdrew it on 5 August 2026. If you believe you were billed for it, please contact support@ruleboardai.com and we will look into it straight away.

Which regulators would be covered?

The intent is SEC, FDIC, CFPB, FinCEN, the Federal Reserve, OCC, DOJ and OFAC among others, scoped to the categories that apply to your institution. That is a design intent, not a coverage commitment.

What does cancellation look like?

There is nothing to cancel. Monitoring is not sold, so there is no billing, no notice period, and no commitment to end. If it is ever built and offered, the terms will be published before anyone can buy it.

What Monitoring is not

  • NOT AVAILABLE — planned only. Not sold, not priced, not delivered.
  • If built, it would be a monthly cycle, never real-time alerting.
  • Coverage is scoped to your baseline's workflows and categories — it is not a promise that every development everywhere is captured.
  • Not legal, regulatory, audit, or compliance advice — your institution remains responsible for its own regulatory obligations.
  • Not an audit, audit opinion, control attestation, or certification of any kind.
