Methodology
How every RuleboardAI report is produced
A report you can't interrogate is just an opinion. This page publishes the standards behind RuleboardAI deliverables — what the scores mean, how evidence moves them, and where their limits are — so buyers can evaluate the method, not just the output.
Public-source first
Preliminary work uses public evidence only — filings, registers, enforcement records. Deeper review requires your written authorization.
Evidence before conclusions
Six evidence states and four finding labels keep every conclusion no stronger than its evidence. Gaps are reported, never guessed.
Human review at the gates
Classification, findings, escalations, and monitoring updates are each reviewed by a person before anything reaches you.
RCPS Methodology & Scoring Standards
Version 1.0 · Effective July 21, 2026
The full published standard: seven classification axes, seven maturity axes on a defined 1–5 scale, the workflow-scoping logic, composite-score treatment, evidence states, human-review points, version governance, and — conspicuously — what the methodology cannot conclude.
